By accessing or using Malakanka AI, communicating with MALAKANKA LLC through connected messaging channels, or interacting with services connected to Malakanka AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or submit information through connected channels.
You may use Malakanka AI and connected communication channels only for lawful business, customer service, order, sales and support purposes. You must not use the platform to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, harmful or unauthorized content.

We aim to provide accurate product, price, availability, delivery and order information. However, stock, prices, delivery timing and product availability may change. Final confirmation of an order may require review by MALAKANKA LLC staff.
Malakanka AI may generate automated or AI-assisted responses. These responses are intended to support customer service and business operations. They do not replace legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Malakanka AI, related workflows, texts, designs, software components, business processes and documentation are owned by or licensed to MALAKANKA LLC, except for third-party platform materials and user-provided content. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the platform without permission.
